Electric Paintball Guns
Electric paintball guns have quickly become the most popular kind of paintball gun you’ll find on any given paintball field today. Many years ago they started as expensive pro-level markers but now they are widely available at nearly every price point. These electric paintball guns have grown in popularity because they’re able to put a much higher volume of paintballs downrange with their automatic and burst shooting selection. As such, they’re excellent markers for all kinds of paintball scenarios–woodsball, speedball, and even multi-day paintball events.
Beginner Electric Paintball Guns
Beginner electric paintball guns have a reasonable price point and are a great way for newer players to start playing paintball. The best selling beginner electric marker is by far the Empire Mini GS, which has a number of features that many high end markers have at an excellent price.
The Empire Mini GS is an entry level paintball marker with professional features, including a rubber foregrip, On/Off ASA, and reinforced attachment points. It has retained earlier features like hoseless design, Anti Chop Break Beam Eyes, Clamping Feedneck, and the classic GS Mini performance that players have come to know and love.
The Dye CZR+ is another excellent electric paintball marker that combines high end features like a Precision True Bore barrel, Hyper 3 regulator, UL on/off airport, Cam Lever feed neck, and patented Rize Fusion bolt. It's highly accurate, ergonomic, and dependable for various paintball fields, making it an excellent choice for all players.
Intermediate Electric Paintball Guns
Intermediate electric paintball guns run from about $500 to $1000 and they’re a notch above the beginner electric markers but don't have the absolute latest technology. However, these are still excellent paintball guns in their own right.
The Planet Eclipse ETHA3 is a high performance mid range marker that carries forward the legendary reliability of the ETHA line. It features the efficient Gamma Core drivetrain, toolless bolt removal, and a comfortable ergonomic design that makes it a natural step up for players ready to invest in a more capable marker without breaking into the pro tier.
The Empire Axe 2.0 is a high performance paintball marker designed for versatility. It features a reliable poppet engine, easy maintenance, adjustable firing modes, and enhanced ergonomics. The marker includes a lightweight, accurate barrel and offers a 10% weight reduction for improved agility and power.
Professional Electric Paintball Guns
Professional paintball guns are the cream of the crop and each one deserves its own full length explanation (we encourage you to look at all of the professional tier pages). These markers go for $1000 and up but offer flagship features that pros need to compete.
DLX Luxe
The DLX Luxe Aire is one of the most refined markers ever produced, featuring a tool free bolt system, an integrated eyes system, and a beautifully machined aluminum body that balances performance with ergonomics. It's a marker built for players who demand the absolute best in consistency and feel.
Planet Eclipse
The Planet Eclipse CS3 Pro represents the pinnacle of the CS platform, offering the most advanced version of Eclipse's legendary Gamma Core drivetrain alongside a refined ergonomic profile, enhanced eye pipe system, and the kind of out-of-the-box tournament ready performance that top level competitors rely on.
Dye MXR
The Dye MXR is Dye's flagship tournament marker, engineered for elite level play. It features Dye's UL-S barrel system, a new Fuse bolt design for improved efficiency and consistency, and a sleek low profile body designed for speed and precision on the competitive field.
