What is a private game?

If you are looking for a fun adrenaline rush or a unique team-building exercise, Lone Wolf Paintball private party games are the ideal choice for your next group outing. Perfect for birthday parties, bachelor parties, corporate outings and team building exercises, Lone Wolf Paintball offers custom private party packages that can be designed to match your group's size, age range, experience and desired playtime. Our two massive outdoor playing locations offer multiple play fields set up with different themes and obstacles. Your private party will rotate through these courses throughout the day and enjoy multiple game types and scenarios. When reserving a private session, your group will select a specific block of time to play. Since it is a private outing, your group will have the entire field to yourselves. Outside players will not be permitted to play with your group unless you decide to invite them. All private games also include group referees who will organize and supervise your game from start to finish. Before the start of every private session a staff member will run the group through a thorough orientation explaining the safety and game rules as well as demonstrating how to operate your rental equipment.

Private Game Rates & Policies as of 2011

WHAT DOES THE PRIVATE GAME INCLUDE?
The group rate includes 3 hours of private playtime, a semi-automatic paintball marker, all the air needed to operate the marker, eye and face protection and 500 paintballs per person.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DO I NEED TO QUALIFY FOR A PRIVATE GAME?
To reserve a private game you will need a minimum of 10 players. Private games need to be reserved at least one week in advance and require a $100 deposit to guarantee your reservation. We will not hold any spot without the minimum deposit. If you have not provided us with some form of payment (i.e. cash, check or credit card) to cover the deposit, you do not have a reservation.

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE PRIVATE GAME?
The standard rate for a private game is $48 per person. In order to reserve a private game, we require a minimum of a $100 deposit to be paid at least one week in advance to reserve a date and time. Once you arrive at the field, the group organizer can choose to apply the $100 deposit towards to final balance of the party or we can refund the organizer their deposit and everyone can pay individually. If your group falls short of the minimum of 10 players, the group organizer will lose $10 per person that they are missing from the required 10 players.

A discounted rate can be obtained for groups wishing to pay off the entire balance of their party at least one week in advance. Discounted rates are as follows:

10 to 19 players paid in full at least one week in advance will drop the group rate to $42 per person
20 to 29 players paid in full at least one week in advance will drop the group rate to $39 per person
30 or more players paid in full at least one week in advance will drop the group rate to $35 per person

Please keep in mind that the entire balance for the group must be paid in full one week in advance to take advantage of these discounted rates.

WHAT IS THE "Mini-Group" PACKAGE?
The Mini-Group Package includes the admission for up to 10 players, 2 hours of private play time, a semi-automatic paintball marker, all the air needed to operate the marker, eye and face protection and 2,000 total paintballs for the group to share. The Mini-Group Package has a special flat rate of $299 per group and must be paid in full at least one week in advance to reserve. There is no penalty for falling short of the 10 players since this is a flat rate package. Any players over the included 10 will be charged $20 per person and includes admission and rental equipment only.

HOW AND WHERE DO I MAKE MY PAYMENT?
All deposits and prepayments are to be made through our store and main office in Clinton Township. Payments can be made either in person, by U.S. Mail, or by a credit card over the phone. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Contact the store at 1-800-875-9653 for more information on reserving a private game.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY GAME?
In order to reserve a private game, the minimum $100 deposit must be paid at least one week in advance. When booking during peak times (i.e. weekends), we do recommend paying your deposit as soon as you are sure on a date and time. By doing so, you will reserve that spot and guarantee that no other group may book that session. All reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis and no spots will be held with the minimum deposit. If you have not provided us with some form of payment (i.e. cash, check or credit card) to cover the deposit, you do not have a reservation.

WHAT IF I GET MORE PLAYERS AT A LATER DATE?
Additional players are welcome to join your group on the day of play and will be charged whatever group rate you have reserved under. Though a few extra players are never a problem, please notify us before hand if it looks like your group is going to be much larger than you previously reserved for so we can prepare accordingly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY GROUP IS MISSING PLAYERS?
All advance purchase private games and deposits are non-refundable once paid to Lone Wolf Paintball. Your advance purchase for a private outing is the same as buying a ticket to a concert or sporting event. If you do not use it, no credit, refund, exchange or other form of compensation will be paid for persons not present on the date and time of the outing. No one else will receive an absent players paintballs, equipment or other benefits of the group rate. Rescheduling policy: More than 7 days notice = free of charge; Less than 7 days notice = $50 rescheduling fee.

WHAT IF SOME OF MY PLAYERS HAVE THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT?
If anyone is using their own equipment the group rate will remain the same but they will receive unlimited air fills (CO2 or Nitrogen) for the marker for the duration of the session. If a player chooses to use their own marker they are responsible for providing all the necessary components to play (i.e. tank, hopper, barrel cover, etc). We will not part out any of our rental guns for players that are missing pieces. If a player needs to use a barrel cover for the day they are available for purchase only for $5. Regardless if they are using their own equipment or not, all players in a private group MUST use field paint only!

WILL WE NEED MORE PAINTBALLS?
Many players do purchase extra paintballs during their session. Paintballs are available in the following quantities:

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN PAINTBALLS?
NO. All paintballs must be purchased at the playing field on the day of play for private parties. NO EXCEPTIONS!

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
We play rain or shine. In case of lightning or weather we deem unsafe, we will delay outdoor games or will reschedule, not refund for the players that showed. However, keep in mind that while it may be lightning where you live, it may not be at the field. If a session is more than 50% complete it will be classified as a complete session.

WHERE AND WHEN CAN WE PLAY?
Games past our standard operation times may be subject to an additional maintenance charge, and must be reserved a minimum of 10 days prior to date of play.

NOTE: Once a private game session is finished, players are allowed to join the open play session as long as it's still operating free of charge.
